These Terms & Conditions apply when you visit, use, or place an order through Haulr. By using this website, you agree to these terms. Please do not use the website if you do not agree.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website and may change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties, or other charges may be calculated at checkout or imposed by local authorities. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when necessary, including because of unavailable stock, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, payment failure, shipping restrictions, or an error in product information. If a paid order is cancelled by us, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Discounts and promotions are subject to their stated conditions and may be changed or withdrawn. Unless expressly stated otherwise, discounts cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined.

6. Shipping and delivery

Order processing and delivery estimates are provided on our Shipping & Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees. Orders may arrive in separate packages. Haulr is not responsible for delays outside its reasonable control, including carrier, weather, customs, address, or peak-period delays.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Refunds page. Contact support@haulr.fit before sending an item back so we can provide the correct instructions and return address.

8. Accounts and contact details

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete contact, billing, and shipping information. You are also responsible for keeping any customer account login details secure and for activity performed through your account.
