Refund policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. You may request a return within 30 days after your order is delivered.

Return eligibility

To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and original packaging. You will also need your order number or other proof of purchase.

Starting a return

Contact us at support@haulr.fit before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Items sent back without approval may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, underwear, swimwear with the hygiene seal removed, and other intimate or opened personal items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect. Gift cards, personalized items, and items marked final sale are not eligible for return, except where required by applicable law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to process the refund.

Order cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. We cannot guarantee cancellation after an order has entered processing or has shipped.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.
