Shipping policy

Free standard shipping is currently available on all orders delivered to the United States.

Order processing

Orders are usually prepared within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery estimates

Estimated delivery information is shown during checkout or provided with your tracking details when available. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs checks, weather, or peak shopping periods.

Tracking

When tracking becomes available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link. Tracking can take a short time to update after dispatch.

Multiple packages

Items in the same order may be shipped separately. When this happens, you may receive more than one tracking number and packages may arrive on different days.

Address changes

Check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after processing or fulfillment has started.
